Land Services Group specializes in surveys related to development of Oil & Gas reserves in Pennsylvania, and the surrounding areas. We provide our clients with a complete project design service which includes surveying, mapping, new well stakeout, road and pipeline layout, permitting for drilling and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans. We provide mapping of project areas which may include; existing wells, buildings, private water sources (springs or water wells), roads, pipelines, tank batteries, streams, wetland areas, etc. Land Services Group prepares drilling permit applications and well location plats required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). We provide surveying and mapping needed to prepare applications to DEP for General Permits to cross streams with pipelines and roads. These applications also require preparation of an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan which covers the proposed earth disturbance activity. To date, we have completed over 500+ gas well site surveys.
